Please feel free to request a specific doctor. We respect and appreciate the relationships that develop between you and our staff. Our receptionists will do their best to accommodate your requests.
Preventative care is key to keeping your pet healthy. A solid preventative care plan includes annual to semi-annual physical exams, depending on your pet's age and medical needs. We believe that vaccinations should be tailored to your individual pet's level of risk. In addition, external and internal parasite prevention is vital for both you and your cat's or dog's well-being.
We also encourage you to microchip your pet. Each year millions of pets go missing. A microchip is a rice-sized electronic device that is easily implanted under the skin between your pets shoulder blades with a needle similar to a vaccination and can be read with a universal electronic scanner. Each device has a unique number which is registered in a national database. Humane societies, shelters, animal control officers and veterinarians use these scanners in attempt to get lost pets back to their owners.
