Complete Your Refill Request
Please allow adequate lead time before your pet’s current supply runs out to avoid any gap in treatment, and keep in mind that some medications may require a current exam or updated lab work before a refill can be authorized. Our team will be in touch if any additional steps are needed.
What Happens After You Submit
Once your request has been received, our pharmacy team will review it and contact you when your medication is ready for pickup or arrange for delivery through our online pharmacy. If we have any questions or need additional information before processing your refill, we will reach out by phone or email.
